Nimetatud p\u00f5him\u00f5te kehtib ka puuduste k\u00f5rvaldamise korral, kui lepingus pole teisiti kokku lepitud. Lepingu kohaselt v\u00f5ivad \u00fc\u00fcrnik ja \u00fc\u00fcrileandja kokku leppida selles, et \u00fc\u00fcrnik teostab \u00fc\u00fcritul pinnal remontt\u00f6id. Kui selles kokku lepitud ei ole, siis tuleb l\u00e4htuda seaduses s\u00e4testatud korrast.<\/p>\n<p>Seega v\u00f5la\u00f5igusseadus s\u00e4testab muuhulgas ka \u00f5igused \u00fc\u00fcrnikule, kui \u00fc\u00fcritud asjal tekib puudus ja asja kasutamise takistus.
